Boom Box Post owner Jeff Shiffman, was invited to be on Impact24’s Fan Favorites panel at this year’s San Diego Comic Con to give insight on his work in sound mixing for animation. Some highlights included Jeff’s experience with the reboots of many animated classics, his approach to mixing Transformers: Earthspark, and finding inspiration for his sound work in the real world. A discussion on sonic easter eggs even led Jeff to a peer pressure induced impersonation of Chewbacca (“No regrets!” says Jeff).
